Facts ‘n Fixins Trivia Night – A Success!

In October, friends of Ubuntu Global Connections, supporters of Axium Education, and mighty warriors of trivia came together for an evening of music, challenging questions, and enthusiastic support for Axium Education’s programs.

The evening featured trivia, led by Master Trivia Host Tom Rutledge, a chili dinner with all the fixings, and updates from Craig Paxton, Axium co-founder, about Axium’s work in South Africa. We so appreciate the ongoing and growing support from all our friends in Concord and the surrounding communities.

The energy in the room was incredible, especially with the teams arriving in creative costumes and with clever team names. Congratulations to all our clever teams—including Trivial Cahoots, Axium All Stars, Barnyard Brainiacs, Safari Savants, Let’s Get Quizzical, and The Long John Solvers—and a special shout-out to our big winners of the evening, The Big Wigs and The Brainy Bunch.

Ultimately, Axium Education came away the biggest winner. Thanks to the generosity of our attendees and our wider base of supporters, we are proud to share that through this event we have raised more than $35,000 for Axium Education.
