Walk in Their Shoes 2023

Registration is now open for Ubuntu Global Connection’s THIRD annual Walk in Their Shoes to benefit Axium Education’s educational initiatives in the rural Eastern Cape of South Africa. Axium Education reaches children who live in unremitting socio-economic hardship, bringing innovative high-quality educational programs that engage and satisfy their deep thirst for learning. Many children walk more than an hour on difficult terrain just to get to school and back every day. Our walk brings their daily challenges to mind as we gather to support them and celebrate the opportunities Axium Education provides.

Register here today to join us in person, sponsor a walker, or plan your own similar walk from wherever in the world you are! Our suggested registration donation is $35 per person, but donations in any amount are welcome, fully tax-deductible, and will be directed to support Axium’s work. Make it a learning opportunity for the whole family! No registration donation is asked for children under the age of 12.
